Automobile Accidents

DUI Accidents

Nursing Home Negligence

• An 81-year-old nursing home resident was permitted to wander from the facility and sustained fatal injuries. We took on the nursing home and recovered a large settlement on behalf of the resident’s estate.
• After an 87-year-old nursing home resident sustained serious injuries at the home, the nursing staff failed to timely report the injuries to the resident’s physician and family. The resident died a few days later. We filed a lawsuit on behalf of the resident’s estate and received a substantial award.

Premises Liability

• A father of four suffered life-threatening injuries when he slipped and fell on ice at a hotel parking lot. We uncovered the hotel’s inadequate parking lot management practices and obtained a large six-figure settlement.
• A young woman sustained serious injuries when an elevator malfunctioned. We uncovered a history of problems with the elevator and received a significant settlement for our client from the elevator maintenance company and premises owner.

Wrongful Discharge
